If you haven't noticed, I have a soft spot for Z3's--especially when they wear an 'M' badge. While recently perusing Ebay to take stock of what is currently available, I found it odd to find three extremely low-mileage 2001 M Roadsters--especially one in the uber-rare Laguna Seca Blue. Things got even weirder when the Ebay store owner's handle turned out to be Princessjasmin02.
Low-mileage examples of the M roadster are becoming more and more difficult to find--especially those sporting the much debated S54 motor (See S52 vs. S54). That being said, each of these vehicles are offered with a BIN greater than $30k--strong money for the less desirable, more common M Roadster.
With M Roadsters and Coupes fetching between $12k and $25k based on condition, $35k can fairly be declared overpriced. If the seller is trying to artificially escalate M prices, staggering the sales of these vehicles might relieve the self-inflicted competition. Either way, these roadsters are immaculate and we will be curious to see how the auctions play out. Click the images below to see all the Princess's Roadsters.
